Greenfield E-ACT Academy - Academy Operations & SIMS Administrator

Greenfield E-ACT Academy are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, outgoing and confident Academy Operations & Sims Administrator (AOA) to commence employment as soon as possible on a full time permanent contract (37 hours per week).
You will be the responsible person for the Academy based operations, while working with the regional team in ensuring the key performance indicators of the operational service level agreements are met. You will also be responsible for ensuring a professional, effective and efficient office and reception service is in place, and providing support in the main school office when required.
You will need excellent organisational and communication skills and a keen eye for detail, and also understand the importance of confidentiality and GDPR regulations at all times within the role. Experience in a school administrator role is not essential, however experience in a similar role is desirable and a school administration background would be advantageous. The successful candidate must have a minimum of Maths & English GCSEs A-C or equivalent.
