We are looking to appoint a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Blackley Academy, the purpose of this role is to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the Academy


·       Supervise the cleaning team to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the academy site

·       Monitor and control quality of work through monthly performance monitoring checks

·       Ensure that all work is carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with relevant Health and Safety Regulations (COSHH etc)

·       Maintain appropriate records, manual and electronic, for all cleaning work

·       Actively lead and participate in the recruitment and selection process of new team members

·     Workforce planning for current and future demands to ensure sufficient, appropriately trained staff are available to effectively perform day-to-day requirements and manage periods of peak work volumes to meet KPIS


Salary: Scale Point 4 - 6 £5,117.03 - £5323.00 Pro Rated (FTE £18,933 - £19,698)
