The Role

Part-Time Receptionist - St Ursula's E-ACT Academy

We are delighted that you have taken an interest in E-ACT; we know just how important it is to think big and to help break those glass ceilings faced by young people today. Together we can encourage our pupils to step out from their comfort zones, build self-esteem and broaden their horizons.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced part-time Receptionist at St Ursula's E-ACT Academy within the main school office to commence employment as soon as possible. The contract on offer is permanent and part time (22 hours per week, Wednesdays & Thursdays 08:15 - 16:15 and Fridays 08:15 - 15:45). Starting actual salary ranges from £9,886.88 - £10,084.98 depending on experience (Full Time Equivalent £18,516 - £18,887).

You will provide reception and clerical support for the completion of effective support services in the running of the school, and to also be the main point of contact for parents and visitors, ensuring information flows are effective.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, and will feel comfortable managing a diverse workload within a fast paced environment. If you consider yourself to be a resourceful, positive and flexible person, with the ability to work successfully within a team and also independently using your own initiative, then we would love to hear from you.

For a full description of the role, see the job description and job specification.

We encourage you to get in touch with any questions; better still come and see us for yourself! Academy visits can be arranged, please contact the main school office for availability.
