The Role

E-ACT – Regional HR Officer 


Are you looking for the next step in your HR career and ready to gain more experience and have more responsibility? We are ideally looking for an enthusiastic individual who has been in a HR role for 1 to 2 years and ready for the next step. 


We are looking for a passionate HR Professional to join our HR department who look after E-ACT’s south academies. The role will be academy/home-based but with travel to our wider academies in London to build on your relationship with our fantastic E-ACT colleagues. The academy which you will be based in will be in Daventry, Northamptonshire.   


This role presents an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their HR skills in:

 

-       Absence management

-       Performance management

-       Capability

-       Employee Relations

-       Payroll

-       Processes and Systems 

  

Salary: £26,975 - £30,095

Your role will be part of the south team, where we support 8 E-ACT academies, both primary and secondary. The south academies are based around London, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire. E-ACT has head offices based in Kettering and London. The way we like to work is to be flexible, meetings could take place on Teams one day and in a London based academy the next. We have staff that are based around the south of England and have great connections with each other through Teams and face-to-face meetings.
