Hareclive E-ACT Academy - Attendance Officer (Permanent)
We currently have a vacancy for an Attendance Officer to commence employment as soon as possible once onboarding processes are complete. The contract on offer is permanent and part time (17.5 hours per week, 3.5 hours per day) and the actual salary for the post is £7,592.10 (Full Time Equivalent £18,333).
The purpose of the job is to assist the Home School Worker in overseeing the schools attendance procedures, ensuring that official registers are accurately maintained and attendance trends monitored. You will help towards improving levels of attendance, reducing absences and reflect the policies and values of E-ACT. Your key responsibilities will be to contribute in ensuring excellent attendance for every child at Hareclive E-ACT Academy (98% or above), working with families to improve attendance and working across the academy to raise awareness of non-attendance.

You will need to have excellent communicative skills and have the ability to hold challenging conversations. You will also need to have a keen eye for data analysis and strong time management skills.
