St Ursula's E-ACT Academy are looking for a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) to commence employment in the new academic year on 01/09/2023.
We know just how important it is to think big and to help break those glass ceilings faced by young people today. Together we can encourage our pupils to step out from their comfort zones, build self-esteem and broaden their horizons.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) who can provide a strategic and operational oversight of provision for those pupils with SEN. You will need to have experience working with children who have a range of special educational needs and be confident in overseeing the development of SEN provision in the school. You will also need to hold a NASENCo qualification along with your Qualified Teacher Status (both are essential for the role, however we will consider candidates who are willing to work towards the NASENCo qualification).

The contract on offer is permanent and full time, and we require the successful candidate to commence employment in the new academic year on 01/09/2023. Please note, salaries will be offered based on current salaries along with a SEN allowance of £2,384 p/a.
