We know the importance of developing our colleagues to be the best they can be to ensure our children achieve the best outcomes. We have an excellent opportunity for a Cleaner to join the team at The Oldham Academy North, to provide and maintain a high quality cleaning service which meets the needs of the Academy

Key responsibilities:

Reporting to the Cleaning Supervisor, this post holder will be accountable for:

• Responsible for ensuring your designated area is cleaned to the required standard
• Effective use of appropriate equipment and products
• Maintain stocks of cleaning materials in a safe environment
• Adhere to all agreed Health and Safety policies, COSHH regulations and procedures

Pay range: SCP2 - (£12,089 - FTE: £22,366)

20 hours per week:

Monday - Thursday

6.30am – 8.30am (2 hours)

4.00pm – 6.00pm (2 hours)

Friday

6.30am – 8.30am (2 hours)

3.00pm – 5.00pm (2 hours)

Qualifications and Skills:

• GCSE Maths & English
• Knowledge of basic health & safety guidelines
• Proven experience of cleaning to high standards
• Ability to work in a team environment
