The Role:


Hareclive E-ACT Academy is currently seeking a full time Administrator to be based within their busy school office. The role itself is exciting and varied, and the successful candidate will need to feel comfortable working within a fast paced environment. The contract on offer is permanent and full time (37 hours per week).

 

Key responsibilities: 


  • Delivering an effective reception service including answering routine telephone and face to face enquiries; signing in visitors and sorting and distributing internal and external mail.
  • Undertaking clerical duties related to the post such as production of letters, reports and other documents as requested using relevant ICT packages such as spreadsheets, databases, Word, internet and SIMS
  • Maintaining stock and supplies, cataloguing and distributing as required or as directed
  • Maintaining manual and computerised records/returns/management information systems

 

Pay range: 

 

 SCP5-7 Actual Salary £21,728.81 - £22,462.97, Full Time Equivalent £23,500 - £24,294
