We are looking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Office Manager to join our academy, to provide confidential, administrative and organisational support to the Academy Headteacher, Senior Leaders and Executive Assistant. 



Key responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for managing the Academy office, oversee admin and reception staff to report to line manager
  • Responsible for maintaining effective and efficient administrative procedures supporting the Academy
  • Provide excellent customer service to all external and internal customers
  • Support to the Executive Assistant in relation to all Academy communications and marketing 


Pay range:  SCP 18 £30,269.00 - SCP 23 £33,076.00 Including Fringe Allowance


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Maths and English GCSE at grade C or above
  • Relevant qualifications in office administration and IT applications desirable
  • Experience of running effective administrative, clerical and financial systems, ideally within a school
