Are you a creative and dedicated Drama Teacher looking for an exciting role? We are is seeking a passionate Drama Teacher to join their team full-time. This is your chance to inspire students and cultivate their love for theatre and performance in a supportive school environment.


Key responsibilities:

  • Apply a range of teaching strategies to deliver learning objectives and incorporate inclusive strategies that meet the needs of all learners
  • To work collaboratively with other professionals and manage the work of support staff to enhance students’ learning
  • Consistently demonstrate the positive values, attitudes and behaviour expected of students. 
  • Teach and deliver engaging drama lessons that foster creativity, confidence, and collaboration
  • Plan and direct school productions, performances, and extracurricular activities in theatre and performance arts


Pay range: Main Pay Scale M1 - M6 (£31,650 - £43,607)


Qualifications and Skills

  • Qualified Drama Teacher with experience teaching in secondary education.
  • A passion for theatre and performance, and the ability to inspire students of all abilities
  • Excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to student success
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
