Here at Pathways E-ACT Academy we are seeking an enthusiastic and visionary Student Class Teacher - part time - fixed term to join our exceptional team. In this role, you will drive ambitious initiatives, enhance our educational practices, and contribute to a thriving learning community. You will be a key player in implementing forward-thinking strategies in a collaborative team environment.


Key responsibilities:


  • Have high expectations of learners to ensure they achieve their full educational potential
  • Set challenging teaching & learning objectives which are relevant to all students in your classes.
  • Apply a range of teaching strategies to deliver learning objectives and incorporate inclusive strategies that meet the needs of all learners
  • Make effective use of a range of assessment monitoring and recording strategies to assess the learning needs of your students in order to set challenging learning objectives and plan for future teaching.


Pay range: 

UNQ1-2 - £4346.20 - £5342.20 - FTE: £21,713 - £26,716

Hours per week 6.5 - TTO
