I work closely with staff to break down barriers to success, ensuring that we provide the highest standard of education and care.

My vision for E-ACT Venturers' Academy is to be a centre of excellence in special education, where our young people are empowered to overcome adversity and become active, positive members of their communities. Our recent achievement of being named one of the Top 3 schools globally for the World’s Best School Prize for Overcoming Adversity is a testament to the dedication and resilience of both our students and staff.

As Executive Headteacher, I am committed to fostering a professional, cohesive staff team, who are united by the desire to 'think big' and 'do what is right.' Staff wellbeing and professional development are at the heart of everything we do, and I strive to create an environment where colleagues feel valued and supported in their professional growth.
