Job Title: Deputy Headteacher - Pastoral Care

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Deputy Head Teacher to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to pastoral care and will be responsible for strategically leading and managing behaviour and attitudes, attendance and safeguarding across the school. This role requires an individual who is passionate about building a positive school culture and ensuring the well-being of all students. You will be responsible for creating a safe, calm, order and positive environment across the academy.
