The Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and supportive SEND Administrator to join our team here at Royton & Crompton Academy. You will working with a highly dedicated team within the Academy providing efficient administrative and organisational support to the SENDCo Team.

It is a varied and rewarding role reporting to the SENDCO/Deputy Headteacher.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Reviewing SEND data/census information on SIMS and the SEND register
  • Submitting annual review statutory paperwork in accordance with statutory guidelines and deadlines
  • Attending relevant meetings as required, take minutes and circulate to relevant attendees and agencies
  • Supporting EAL and new intake pupils with logins
  • Overseeing staff and pupil logins for a wide range of online testing resources
  • Supporting transition and requesting relevant documentation from primary schools as required
  • Liaison and submission of referrals to external agencies and ensuring in line with required timelines
  • Providing administrative and organisational support for PCP meetings for EHCP submissions

The Salary for the position is SCP 12-17 £21,450 - £23,507 (FTE: £24,496 - £26,845)

37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
